Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Bullock is the company's CEO & President and Lead Artist. With both a College Certificate in Makeup Artistry and a University degree in Communications & Management, she founded Stephanie Bullock Makeup; a seamless blend of beauty and business.

Over the past decade, Stephanie has worked with hundreds of clients across weddings and commercial projects. Today, she oversees a growing team of professional makeup artists, providing services throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas, as well as for destination events. In recognition of her work and leadership in the industry, Stephanie Bullock Makeup was named Best Makeup Artist in the 2026 Canadian Choice Awards.
