Meet Kelsey

Kelsey's love for makeup began at a young age and stemmed from competitive dance; she always had to look glam on stage! When she was old enough to start doing her own makeup for competitions, her passion grew quickly; she would take any opportunity to create a new look. This is the moment she knew she wanted to be involved in the beauty industry!

 

She enrolled at Versailles Academy to train in medical aesthetics as well as makeup artistry. Throughout the program, Kelsey's knowledge and excitement for all things makeup and skin care heightened, and she was able to greatly refine her skills. Kelsey is thrilled to now be a part of the team at Stephanie Bullock Makeup and can't wait to help you feel your best on your special day!
